This light blue cotton fabric was designed by Debi Hubbs for Studio E Fabrics. This cotton fabric is covered with blue and green sand dollars. There is 1 yard 2 inches of this fabric left.

This fabric is from my personal collection which I've acquired over the past 20+ years.  Most are small yardages under 2 yards.  They have been stored on comic book boards in a smoke free home. They may have some fraying on the edge due to them being moved several times over the years.
