Shipping 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Ready made items ship within 1-3 business days.  Custom items may take longer.

DELIVERY ALERTS: Want to be notified of when your package is scheduled to be delivered? Go to https: www.usps.com/manage/musps.htm to sign up for text or email alerts.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME: Orders under 1 pound ship USPS ground advantage and take 2-5 days to get to you but may take longer during holidays or if there is bad weather.  If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. I will not guarantee that any package will be delivered by any specific date. The USPS dates are guidelines and are NOT guarantees.

SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Due to my fast shipping time I cannot change addresses after your order has been placed.

MY ORDER WAS LOST IN THE MAIL: If it has been at least 7 working days since your package was shipped and you feel your order should have arrived, please check the tracking information to see where it is at. You can also call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or 1-800-222-1811 and file a complaint if your package seems to be stuck in transit.  I have also found that signing up for delivery alerts usually gets the package moving. If you have a military address you need to call 1-800-810-6098.

PACKAGES SHOWING DELIVERED: (but you can't locate them)

1. Check your tracking info when it was delivered.

2. Ask family members (children too) if they picked up the mail that day.

3. As your neighbors to see if they happened to receive your package by mistake.  If you are in an apartment complex ask the front office to see if they have it.

4. Take your tracking number to your local post office and ask them to look up the GPS coordinates showing where it was left. If they delivered it to the wrong address/street they will need to go get the package for you.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include pictures showing how you received the package and the damage to the contents of the package. This is required for us to be able to fine a claim with the shipper.


RETURN POLICY: 

We don't accept returns.
