ORDER TIMELINE:

Our company normally ships orders within 1-3  working days (except pre-orders).

CUSTOM ORDERS:

SHIPPING TIME FRAME:

All items are shipped first class or priority mail in the US and normally take 2-5 days to get to you after they have been shipped but may take a lot longer during holidays or if there is bad weather in the US. If you need your item by a specific date please e-mail me first. For an additional fee I can ship it priority or next day. You need to ask about expedited shipping BEFORE you place your order.   Packages may get to you faster if you enter your entire (9 digit) zip code. I will not guarantee that any package will be delivered by any specific date. The USPS dates are guidelines and are NOT guarantees.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. USPS is now charging sellers for returned packages. Buyers will need to pay these fees and additional shipping charges to have them shipped again.  Undeliverable mail – Please make sure your address is correct and that the address can receive mail.  If your package comes back to me undeliverable I will refund the purchase price minus a restocking fee and shipping charges.

MY ORDER WAS LOST IN THE MAIL:

If it has been at least 5 working days since your package was shipped and you feel your item should have arrived please check the tracking info to see where it is at. You can also call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or 1-800-222-1811 and file a complaint if your package seems to be stuck in transit. Another option is to go to usps.com and sign up for text updates.  I have found this is useful if a package doesn’t seem to be moving. If you have a military address you need to call 1-800-810-6098. I’m in OR so if you live on the East coast your tracking info may not be updated because it’s on a truck to your location. If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks (US residents) and tracking info shows your order HASN’T been delivered contact me and I will issue you a credit or re-ship your order. Orders showing delivered WILL NOT be refunded. See below for tips on how to locate your package:

PACKAGES SHOWING DELIVERED (but you can’t locate them)

  1. Check your tracking info which can be found with your order info on Etsy to see when it was delivered.
  2. Ask family members if they picked up the mail that day (sometimes kids get the mail and leave it in their room) yes, I had this happen to a customer of mine.
  3. Ask your neighbors to see if they happened to receive your package by mistake.
  4. Take your tracking info to your local post office and ask them to look it up to see where it was left. When they deliver packages they are supposed to put where they leave it at when they scan it delivered (mailbox, porch, neighbor, etc)
  5. Talk to your delivery person and see if they remember delivering the package.

I’m sorry but packages showing delivered will not be refunded. We are all responsible for providing a safe place for our mail to be delivered.

RETURNS:

Returns are generally not accepted as I have cut them to your specifications but please contact me if there is a defect that I missed.
